Our community members, cycling clubs, and local organizations are the heart of the Cooler’N Hell Gravel Ride. Without the dedication of our volunteers, this event wouldn’t be possible.

We have volunteer opportunities across race weekend — Friday and Saturday — both indoors and outdoors. Help with packet pick-up, late registration, rest stops, course marshaling, gravel route support, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or brand new to the crew, we’d love to have you on the team.

SAG Wagon Support

If you’ve ever been stuck with a flat, cramped mid-ride, or run out of water, you know how essential SAG (Support and Gear) is. We’re fortunate to have local riders and community members who volunteer their vehicles, trailers, and time to help riders stay safe and supported on race day.

The SAG Wagon team drives the course, assists with mechanical issues, offers hydration, and transports riders if needed. They are the unsung heroes of gravel racing — and we can’t thank them enough.
